A lot of my friends in CSA’s have been complaining about the amount and quality of their produce up here in NY as well. Some say it’s been a bad growing season because we’ve had lots of rain and cooler weather.

We belong to a food coop. They get most of their produce locally but some things you have to import, like lemons. I say split the difference. Even if you buy a bunch of tomatoes from a local stand, you’re helping the cause.

I couldn’t agree with you more. My 8 year old has expressed interest in this movie and I refuse to take her because I know how she will react.
My husband had to sit through the most recent Batman movie with a screaming toddler. The child was terrified. Thankfully the family was asked to leave by the management.

Btw, I don’t know if you remember me, but we graduated hight school together.

I too, sit here with a head full of snot and a chest full of virus. But I got mine from my petri dish of a toddler. Hope you feel better.
